JB Hi-Fi Ringwood HOME Superstore

Terrible customer service at this store, there is never anyone to help you. I tried to buy a dvd player, I picked an LG one up from under the sign and took it to the counter, the person scanned it and after I'd paid she realised it was the wrong code. Then she scanned and it was much more than advertised. So I went looking for it myself and there were none there. Then she said another model was the one advertised. She called for help about 3 times and no one came. After waiting about 20 mins in total I'd had enough and asked for a refund. All for a Dvd player! I am so disappointed not a single person could help with something so simple.
